Download json file from "Mistel Support - MD770 PRO".   1. Open the VIA APP or VIA online. Turn on "Show Design tab" on "SETTINGS" tab. 2. Click on "Design" tab. 3. Drag the JSON file into the “Design” tab on the VIA. 4. A window will pop out after you drag the JSON file, please click on your keyboard model and then click on "Connect". 5. VIA should pair together with the keyboard now. *VIA is only available in USB mode.  

Download keyboard firmware from "Mistel Support". Must be in "USB mode", and "remove the DONGLE receiver". Open the keyboard firmware and press "Start" button to begin update. Open the Bin Loader. Click on "BIN File" Button to import the Bin file, then press "Download Data" button to start the update. *BIN update progress will be displayed on the keyboard's screen. Please do not disconnect the USB cable during the process to ensure the update is completed successfully.
